The cellar room behind the kitchen seats fourteen under a brick arch, with its own door to the wharf. You get one long table, a menu we write with you, and nobody else.
The table
One oak table under a brick arch. Fourteen seats comfortably, sixteen among friends. Candles, linen, and thick walls — whatever is said in the vault stays there.
The menu
Four courses, set in advance: one braise, one fish, one tart. We write it with you the week before, around the season and your table's allergies.
The wine
Pairings chosen by Dries, or bottles from the list at list price. A carafe of water is always on the table and never on the bill.
The damage
€ 68 per head for four courses; pairings € 38. The room itself costs nothing — we just ask you to fill the table.

Fridays book out a month ahead.
